Q: Nelamangala or Varthur? Which area is good for investment purpose with a time period of 3-5 years?

its better varthur as it is surrounded by IT hubs like itpl,cisco,viv,wipro so if you buy now near future the price will double and its a gud dear coz ppl are poring in bangalore for job and IT companis are in and around Varthur. even i got a flat booked in varthur cattleya projects its a pre-launch so invested now.

I heard that people residing around the Varthur Lake in posh Whitefield in Bengaluru have complained to the authority many times but in vain.

According to Knight Frank report, Varthur is expected to see an upward trend by 61% to Rs 7,000 from Rs 4,350 because the area is close to the major employment hubs of Whitefield and Outer Ring Road stretch.

Nelamangala is located on NH-4, around 27 km away from Bangalore city. Nelamangala has a busiest street called adepete which is one of the busiest spot. So if you invest here then you can expect future appreciation after few years.
