Flat purchase in Bangalore via GROUP BOOKING

Q: Hi, I am currently looking for property (flat) for purchase in Bangalore (any area) nearby city limits which has currently ongoing/upcoming projects and are nearing complete by 2014-15. Recently heard about GROUP BOOKING (means few families book flats from same builders) which gives loads of discounts to buyers from Builders. If interested, we folks can talk more on the same and go for purchase together if all of our specifications matches. I am currently staying in Trivandrum. Regards...

Totally agree with you Nagesh...Folks load your thoughts on the same..I am interested and want more and more like minded people...so that a group can be formed. Then we can have vast discussion in detail and work out.

The new concept of ‘group buying’ is fast catching up with the home buyers in the city. Around 10-12 like minded families come together and approach a real estate developer for booking apartments. This helps in a better bargaining position for the home buyers.
