Investment advice on plots in noida sector 122 or 72
Q: I have found that plots in these sectors of noida are cheaper in comparison to other areas. Can some body give me more insight future prospects of buying plot in sector 122 or 72 of noida?

Hi Manider, As per the latest news, administrator of HUDA, Anita Yadav has looked for another effective policy for collecting the maintenance charges from the new sectors 58 to sector 115 and the giving over of upkeep services of every single old sector from 1 to 57 to the MCG be sped up.

Hi people according to my knowledge , Sector 122 is the last sector of noida when we talk about or want to go towards noida extention. Sector 72 is located in front of sector 51 and I think that will be the best location in coming future due to a metro project and 2 five star hotel project near by this sector.
i tthin Indu is right, sector 72 is more profitable than sector 122. Buyers think that , it is just 2 km so can invest in a plot of 40-50/k psm, this is the value of sector 122 . even if we talk about the locality, sector 122 is covered with two villages which is real a bad factor. Even few slums are also there, whgich makes the areas not so good for investment.
Hi sujan,the two different things that yo9u have to keep in your mind are ,the plots in sector 122 range between 85000, to 1 lac , whereas sector 72 has a range of 95 to 110lac. In my personal opinion sector 72 plots are more profitable and gicve you more future returns than sector 122. More over the news of metro expansion, it will cross sector 62 , which will have a direct effect to sector 72 as the property price will rise up. even i think in nearby sector like 72-79 , a big commercial esatate will come up hwich will again add 30-40% returns of the plot in sector 72. This will be the prospective and suggestion aacording to my research.
