The project was started as early as 2012, and most flats were completed by 2015. I think only DTCP approval is available for the project. Therefore any deviation from the original plans would have been ratified. Due to the flats being kept unoccupied for over three years was it maintained well and is there no deteriation in final finish as it was in 2015

Hi currently ICIPL Amora price is increased from its launching price . currently price would be 5090 per sq/ft. those whose have book unit in this project one year back would get good appreciation. construction status : project is almost in completing stage and who have book unit in this project get possession in march 2015.

Hi Girish, Currently Manapakkam was nothing more than open farmlands dotted with just a few establishments here and there.Primarily a residential area, the growth spurt that Manapakkam has seen can be connected to the phenomenal growth of its nearby areas.

It is a good project...they provide all useful and excellent amenities like Swimming pool, Skating ring, Children's play area, Senior citizens corner, Air conditioned Gym, In door games etc. I am looking forward to buy a flat there.

Hello..this project is on a very good location. It gives direct access to the main road and good connectivity to all major parts of the city. Patturoja street and Kurinji street both are very near to it. Rajlakshmi engineering college is also in proximity.

Hi Sndu..i found ICIPL Amora as a luxurious project. They are giving you options of both 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments. The size of these apartments are between 964 to 1398 sq ft with initial launch price of Rs.4700/sq.ft and offer very good amenities.
