Latest Answer: The project was started as early as 2012, and most flats were completed by 2015. I think only DTCP approval is available for the project. Therefore any deviation from the original plans would have been ratified. Due to the flats being kept unoccupied for over three years was it maintained well and is there no deteriation in final finish as it was in 2015
