Q: I have seen this project SRR Hyde park opp. Alliance University on C-A road.

Would seek a review whether investing here is worth???

How is the Builder SRR Homes???

Its a pre launch offer of 1075 per s.ft

Would be helpful if anyone can post their comments.

Hi Vinay, I would advice you to look at North bangalore for better returns.

Thanks Srikumar, but dont you think the prices in North are hyped to a greater extent as of now. We however have one BSNL housing society's site which is under process in North. I still feel south bangalore has good future owing to nearness to the major work locations.
