illegal construction

Q: hi

I am a resident of Ullal Main Road near Bangalore University Quarters, Mallathahalli, bangalore - 560056. In the first cross at the entrance of the street there is small house around 10 x 15 sqft which is occupying almost half the width of the road causing hindrance to the public as large lorries or JCB cannot pass to that road.

The people residing in the houses of that affected street have already approached BBMP and demolition of the illegal construction was done twice. Again the person has built up house at the same location and says he has submitted an appeal in the court. But we are not aware of what is happening and how long we need to tolerate this situation.

Can anybody kindly help ?

Hey Rejitha, Submitting an appeal in the court does not mean he has got stay over if he has the stay order ask him to show the papers or the documents he got. There is no other alternative then to approach BBMP again about the house.
