There are few good projects like DLF Park Place at sector 54 , price ranging between 25 lac to 3.12 cr according to the bhks. This have availability for 3 BHK. also Ardee City at Sector-52. Need to know you requirement for how many rooms your are looking for!

The area is a very good area and it is coming up with new affordable as well as luxurious projects. Are you looking at rentals or buying property?

This is one of the hot localities in Gurgaon. Accoridng to my research the price per sq. ft. was at Rs 10900 in Oct- Dec 2011 quarter and then price appreciated to Rs 12200 in the next quarter of Jan-Mar 2012. In the Apr-June quarter of 2012, the locality price depreciated to Rs 11700 per sq. ft. and in Jul-Sept quarter of 2012, the price per sq. ft. appreciated to Rs 12569. In Oct- Dec 2012, price appreciated to Rs 25349 per sq. ft.
