Zion lakeview.

Q: Hi all,I am a buyer of flat in Zion lakeview.Since possession date is approaching. Builders are asking for EDC etc,On asking when the possession will be obtained they promised on April..Any info ? if they will give on that day ?

How much EDC they are asking? And have you been in the construction site? before paying EDC it is very important to visit the site also. And was this mentioned in the document? about the payment and the date and all?

Hi ,

I checked the EDC 580 per sq feet. This is increased after haryana govt increased the price. The building is almost completed and interior is pending now .

Hi Sobin as far as i know , the project is almost complete. Although not sure, but this is one of the good project thats coming up in Faridabad.Why do not you directly have a word with the builders? are they not responding??
