What is the circle rate at which a 2BHK 1050sqft Upper GF with one uncovered parking at Supertech HERITAGE will be calculated. I will be grateful if someone gives the exact working out of the amount at which registry would be made.

Q: I would also like to ask whether we can pay the stamp duty as per the circle rate & buy a property under circle rate?

If your are looking for a aparment cost rs 50-60 lac then your calculation will be like this registry Charges in Ghaziabad: For Men @ 7% of Circle Rate For Women Up to Rs 10 Lac @ 6% of Circle Rate Above Rs 10 Lac @ 7% of Circle Rate.
