Hi, I am in receipt of the possession letter for Unitech Vistas, Rajarhat.

Q: Lot of charges don't make sense to me. Is there any buyer forum available for Vistas ?

Hi Subhaoy..Generally builders do charge some amount while taking possession. This amount is disclosed in the papers. I would suggest you to join the owners group of Unitech Vistas to discuss the same with other owners.
