Hi All, Can any one give me correct feedback on Upkar Medows? Is there any water scarecity? Is there any water lack in this layout?

Q: Hi All,
I wanted to buy a site in Upkar Medows. I just want to ask is there any water scarecity in Upkar Medows? Please help me on the same.

*No, there is no water scarcity in Upkar Meadows. And there are lot of residents constructed well designed houses for personal and rental purpose. This point was never in our discussion and it seems misleading information.

Due to very less residential houses, they are not releasing water for 24/7. But they do supply on need basis for couple of hours in a day or every alternate day. Their claim is that if they release water, then there might be chance of breaking pipes, water flow by villagers etc issues

Upkar Meadows, a residential layout presenting by Upkar Estates at Electronic City in Bangalore. At Upkar Meadows, you will find modernization co-exist in sync with nature. If at all there is water crisis in the project you can all for private water suppliers who supply water through tankers.

Due to some or the other reasons like maintenance works or pipes replacement there will be interruption in supply of water but private tankers are there to supply water.

Bangalore is facing water scarcity! The only remedy is to reduce or cut down on population growth and infrastructure development in Bangalore city. In different parts of the city like Electronic City, RT Nagar, Sarjapur and many such areas have live examples of water scarcity.
