Q: We are buying a site in Upkar meadows which falls in Survey no.104. Is there any legal issues with this survey no?

Hi All, Property buyers in Upkar Habitat (besides TVS Factory Hosur Karnataka border) - please DO NOT buy the sites numbers 1 to 7 as Upkar Developers have encroached some 10+ sites of NRI Centre City layout (besides Upkar Habitat) and people who buy will lose their money as the matter is under dispute
Stay away from buying sites in Upkar Habitat (besides TVS Factory Hosur Karnataka border) sites numbers 1 to 7

If they have encroached sites from NRI Center City then how they are selling those illegal sites. Thank you so much for sharing the details here.

Thanks Eshaan; they are selling these illegally and the site owners from NRI centre city have already filed complaints against these people; these are least bothered about complaints / calls - they just want to sell it off and abscond and buyers will have to face legal hurdles; all - please DO NOT buy the sites numbers 1 to 7 in Upkar Habitat

Hi All, Property buyers in Upkar Habitat (besides TVS Factory Hosur Karnataka border) - please DO NOT buy the sites numbers 1 to 7 as Upkar Developers have encroached some 10+ sites of NRI Centre City layout and laid a big compound encroaching some existing sites of NRI Centre City Layout illegally (besides Upkar Habitat) and people who buy site #s 1 to 7 in Upkar Habitat will lose their money as the matter is under dispute

Hi Nagendra, Please have 2 advocates verify the documents. Also, talk to the local municipal/panchayat office and get the relevant documents through RTI. One way is to check if there are any cases against the property in the local courts.

Hi, me too is looking for buying one here. I just visited one site there yesterday only. Not learnt about any leagal issues. learnt the following:
this project launched in 2005 @ abt 750/sqft
some of the sites are still DC convereted, being sold @ 1200/sqft
BMRDA approved ones @ 1550/sqft, looks high, may get some discount
what price you are being offered?
Are you buying from developer direct or from a reseller
please share your views
