I really want to thank all the reviews and I found that they are indeed land cheaters.The papers are completely fraud and I met a lady, Sindu who was very good marketing, but to realize that the entire company is completely fraud. Again, thanks for the reviews that helped me save my hard earned money. please save your money

Latest Answer: Hi All, Property buyers in Upkar Habitat (besides TVS Factory Hosur Karnataka border) - please DO NOT buy the sites numbers 1 to 7 as Upkar Developers have encroached some 10+ sites of NRI Centre City layout (besides Upkar Habitat) and people who buy will lose their money as the matter is under dispute

Latest Answer: *No, there is no water scarcity in Upkar Meadows. And there are lot of residents constructed well designed houses for personal and rental purpose. This point was never in our discussion and it seems misleading information.

Q:Hello, I have a two plots at Upkar Meadows 60 x 40 both side by side. Now that the road to Electronics city - Wipro gate is just 3.5 K.M, I am looking forward to build here very soon. I would want to sell one of the plots to finance my construction. Latest Answer: Upkar developers call themselves good developers, But I realised that Upkar is a useless organization in terms of commitment. They have no commitment at all, they would have forgot about the meaning of commitment too.
For the Habitat project which they started, Upkar missed all deadlines till now and again postponed getting the valid documents (there was a big fight on the fake document issue). All the ladies and gentlemen who wants to buy any property with them, be sure to loose your money.
