Good question Ketal, I believe investing in Pune-North at this moment shall give you good returns. Areas in North of Pune like Hinjewadi ,Chakan, Moshi, Wakad which are on a high growth mode considering the expansion that has been proposed in the I.T and Automobile Industry in the respective area's.
So considering all this, any property to give good returns in coming days. Still some boundary areas like hinjewadi, Bhugaon, Bavdhan, kharadi will yield some returns. Chakan/Wakad - Both these area's are touted to grow because of the dominance of the Automobile Sector in the area's.

As far as project approval is concerned, Om Faith by Om Associates is a PMC approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved this project for home loan. This project is ready to move since January'2013. I don't understand that why the developer has stop the construction work
do not invest in Faith Ecospace or Inner Urban Ecospace builder Vijay Appachu and landowner P K Chandra Shekhar, Babu Reddy and Rajkumar they stop the construction and ask for more money.
I agree with Pravakar.. Even I think this would be a very serious issue, and most of us don't give importance to finer details in flats & that really makes a difference.

Hi Parth, I heard the units they provide have very less height. Somewhere around 9- 9.5 feet which is very less. It should be around 10.5 feet as per norms. Check if you find it ok.
