Lower floor flats are mostly in demand in NCR. In terms of investment they are preferred more and also they have more potential for resale too.. I myself have experience in certain issues with staying in upper or middle floors. And even in terms of rental investment, if you have many huge and delicate things to place in your new house or if you keep buying new things, then lower floors are easy to manage. At time of house shifting it is a major problem.
Hi guys, even I don't like to stay in lower floors when there is such nice view and ventilation from higher floors. But in money perspective, the flats in lower floors hold good potential, though I dont know why this difference. But to be honest, middle and upper floors (upto 12th floor, not too high) are good and comfortable in all respects like better ventilation, less noise, nice air, and more.
Top floor is always a problem if there is no proper lift in your building. Otherwise, there is hardly any difference between lower and upper floors. In case if you are getting a cheaper deal at higher floor in a good project, then I think you should grab it.
Lower costs price will be higher usually. If a flat is in 1-4 floors the rate per sq ft may be 4000 then in the same building a flat in 10th floor or above may cost you Rs 3000 per sq ft. Can somebody tell me why this difference?
Hi.. I think both lower floor and upper floor have their own merits and demerits.. I do prefer staying in upper floors.. The reason is that if you are staying in upper floor then there will be good ventialtion. And if you stand in your balcony you can see a good view of the surroundings.. Luckily my flat is in 7th floor and balcony is facing garden.. Whenever I am bored or tired, I stand in my balcony and see the garden and I really enjoy the view..
