Q: Which is a better option to buy a lower floor or an upper floor?
Gurmeet

Latest Answer: Lower floor flats are mostly in demand in NCR. In terms of investment they are preferred more and also they have more potential for resale too.. I myself have experience in certain issues with staying in upper or middle floors. And even in terms of rental investment, if you have many huge and delicate things to place in your new house or if you keep buying new things, then lower floors are easy to manage. At time of house shifting it is a major problem.
