Q: what are the advantages of buying plots with supradeepam?
The plots they sell are unapproved inspite of premium price of Rs.999 psqft. what are the risks as well?

khaleel, Your question is right. It is not an unapproved layout, the layout is approved by the panchayat and they have all the basic amenities. More over the developer seems to be very positive and they have vast experience in this field. They also explained about the procedures for CMDA approval, which will save nearly 800-900 rupees compared to the CMDA pre approved ones. After I bought, they have fulfilled all the promises and recently I visited the site, and I was really surprised and happy to see the improvements. Just near the entrance arch near new fuel station has come up, Outer ring road is ready to use, people has started construction in Supradeepam, the developer has started constructing a Temple as promised. I am really happy to see such improvements within 6 months, I will strongly recommend to my friends and the people who are reading this post.

Dear Friends, Nothing mentioned above can be enjoyed unless the layout is CMDA approved. If you buy any layout without CMDA approval, you can build house or sell back the property. Think hundred times before buying a unapproved loayout. If you have lot of money that you donot need to worry, you may buy..

Yes you are right Kunal, it is very close to outer ring road and all the new developments are happening in west part of chennai, That is Thirumalisai township, monorail and green field airport. Considering all these, its worth buying. I have bought one and recommended my friends, they have delivered the Patta to me as promised. so I would recommed Supradeepam...

Hi Stanley..the builder of Supradeepam claim that it is approved by Panchayat. Although the market price of these plots is Rs.1250 psft but as you said they are offering Rs.999 psqft.

Hey Stanley...Supradeepam offers luxury plots. Although there are many advantages of this project but personally i feel that location adds more value to it. It is close to the Bangalore highway.Poonamalle Bus stand is also just 5 kms away from this gated community. Schools,colleges, hospital etc are also in close proximity to it. What else one need..??
