@Jackie: Plots such as 1200 sq.ft for 15 lakhs , for 4500 sq.ft for 50 lakhs. This is a very good locality in Chennai. 750 meters in bus stop, 2 Km in Poonamalle bus stand, 4 km in Ramchandra hosiptal, 2 km in Savith Medical College.

So far I didnt heard any bad review about the project. I think it is good for project, and also the location is a developing area, hotels, hospital, shopping mall, park, temples, church, masid available in this area.

Hello Pavan, this project is located in Poonamallee. Poonamallee is a very best locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.
