The project was launched in the month of March and it is expected to get completed by 2014 July. The project have been approved by banks like IDBI, ICICI, SBI and HDFC and also BDA has approved this project.

At the Hebron Enclave, all bungalows will only have picket fences instead of compound walls. Hebron Properties is the real estate arm of Koshys Group and Hebron Enclave is the first offering from Hebron Properties. They have many more residential and commercial projects in the pipeline. The most important feature of the project will be a water creek inside the campus with a jogging track around it. Other amenities include a club-house with multi gym, swimming pool and kiddy pool, basketball court, indoor badminton court, central laundry, a mini mart, children’s park and play area.
