According to me, this prestigious well known project has spread over 30acres of land & has approx.27 towers with nearly 2500 units. Here in this mega township project , you will find shopping malls, retail shops, 18 hole golf course, 500 bed Jaypee super specialty medical & research center. Many institutions , schools are also in close proximity to this project. This project offers an opportunity for training in various sports & games .

Hi,
this project is located in Sector -133, Noida. Proposed metro is nearly 200 meter from this project. Existing metro in Sector 37 is around 4km from this project. Ashram Chowk Delhi is approx 10mins away from this project. Famous J S Memorial hospital is around 1.8km from this project. Noida Greater Noida express way is close to this project.

Within 1Month from the date of allotment- 95% of TSC less application money,
On offer of possession of the apartment- 5% + Maintenance advance+IFMD+1yr subscription fee for club

Any Idea, when one can get possession in this project. As looking at the Construction progress, I don't think that JP will be able to deliever the same in next 3-4 years.

As per my knowledge, Jaypee greens isles is a popular residential development in Sector -133 , Noida. This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 1305 sq-ft to 2748 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5050/sq-ft. expected possession of this project is around January 2018. Yes , construction work is on full swing. Currently upto 7th floor construction has covered.
