Q:Sandeep JP Wish Town. Builder going bankrupt.I've a unit in "JP Wish Town- Garden Isles" on Noida Expressway. Paid 50% till dt. without any loan. Rest to be paid at possession which seems to be a distant dream. Sued JP @ NCDRC with 400 more flat owners. Before the builder goes bankrupt, does taking a loan against the unit safeguards my interest more as a buyer.

Q:Please indicate tentative plan for giving the posestion of Flat -KPA-15-1102. As the discount on interest paid to the Bank is not being processed at our Organisation i.e SAIL. Our office says that until and unless you wont get the possession, you cant claim rebate on this account. Please suggest me the solution. Our accounts department says that if you get the possesion within 3 years from the time of taking loan from the Bank and claim within 3 years then you can get the rebate on the part of interest, which you are paying to the Bank. Failing which, you will not be able to get any rebate on this account. Hence I need your help in this regard.
Q:I am an NRI, had invested in Jaypee's Kensington Park Apartments ( 3 bed + worker) apartment in Noida, Sec 133. There has been hardly any progress, not too sure how the penalty clause will come into play on late delivery and when will the posession be given?
