Hi Sagar, as far as I know, Park Place is a good choice. Otherwise there are Bellaire and GCX.. Mainly you need to consider your budget.

Metro is influencing real estate to a good extent. In many cities, the properties in areas along metro lines have witnessed good price appreciation, and I am sure it will happen in golf course road too.

In January 2012, the rate per sq ft of a property in Golf Course road was nearly Rs 14,000. The same property had a rate per sq ft of Rs 16,000 by the end of 2012. There is good development happening in Golf Course Road. It is one of teh most sought after areas in Delhi-NCR.

Hi Sagar , there any luxury project that are coming up in this area and more over it has good retuns. Few good projects are DLF Princeton Estate Golf Course ,DLF Exclusive Floors Sector-54, Vipul Gardens Golf Course Road, DLF The Icon Golf Course Road. And you have to keep a budget of 30 lac to 3.5 cr.
