Asset Placid - a good investment or not?

Q: How safe is the locality? What are the pros and cons of buying Asset Placid? Please share your views.

If you are still thinking, let me share my personal experience with you. I have bought two 2 BHK's in Asset Placid. Love the proximity, peace of mind the surroundings offer. The unity found among the apartment residents is mind blowing. The area is way too safe and is close to all major locations. Buying an apartment here is close to impossible as no one wants to sell. If you find a resale apartment, just dont miss the opportunity, as this particular road (Chandapura-Dommasandra road) is in its transformation stage and picking an apartment tomorrow for the pricing that it is available today will be close to impossible.

Now, coming to the builder, I would say, do not go by hearsay. Today, every one pays bloggers to write good and bad reviews about any builder be it Prestige, Mantri, or Asset for that matter. As per my experience, we did have a few small problems but the builder was always there for helping us. Best place to stay!!!
