Q: I am planning to buy a property in whitefield, near hope farm signal. what is the water situation here. also when is Cauvery expected in this locality. Thanks.

There is no Cauvery water in hope farm at present.. it will take more than a year or two to get there I think. There is water problem in this area.. Either y ou have to choose property having borewell or depend on tankers supply.

Bangalore is run short of water and the city is likely to be hit by water crisis in May as the state is bound by the tribunal award to supply 2.4 tmcft of water to Tamil Nadu.
