I agree with Santosh. Many builders promises so many things before we buy the property but never stand for their commitments. But I have very good experience while buying property with House Of Hiranandani. You must visit once: http://www.houseofhiranandani.com/projects/index.php?id=46

Every builder claims that there will be kaveri water connection within few years but no idea when the kaveri water connection will come to these areas. So the only disadvantage is the water supply.

The project is a 3 acres land total 185 Deluxe Apartments. 2BHK -1230 sq. ft. & 3BHK -1560 sq. ft. and builder claims only 35% of construction area .It is also a BBMP approved.
