Hi,.. We invested on a property(Gomala site without conversion) under GPA in the year 1992 for one lakh twenty thousand rupees..

Q: when we went to the owner for real registration first that person agreed for 10000 but his sons asking for one site of 30'40'' site in their name.. though in GPA registration their all signature is present but after consulting lawyer he told GPA is enough for a legality though v trasfered our property from my dad name to moms name paying 200000 for our safety.. is that enough for the Khata registration??? please help me in this regard..can u please suggest wen our Khata registration can be done near that area..

Mr. Ahmed, when you bought the property in 1992, didnt you do the registration? Or do you have sales deed or any related documents as proofs for showing that the property is yours?
