Hi, they are saying they will finish the project of approx 210 apartments by 2014 end, is it possible? Is it a wise decision to invest with Dreamz infra? There are only negative posts about this company.

Sorry, you have mistaken my point i am not saying it is a wrong project? But some how some things were bothering me and yesterday they have asked to pay 5% and get the sale deed done. That means the land is registered to them. So if you have any loan you may go and speak to them.

Hi, I was also looking to invest in Swagat Dreamz Infra as it is near to my workplace. But since now you are telling like this, I dont understand what is the matter exactly.. why do you think it is wrong investing in this project? is there any serious problem with the project? please reply back..
