Hi Mr Sushil, I am interested to invest in this locality. Yes , i am looking for very good return so i wonder when you said 18% pa return. Could you please explain it to me?
You known what, i have noticed one thing that mostly people who are shifting in greater faridabad are the localities who work in Faridabad and also the rent is very low and mostly investors are not much interested
to rent there flats the demand will grow when some infrastructure will in place all projects of sector 86 have got possession. Few projects like Omaxe heights and summer palms initiated a master road so that occupency will go up atleast 60 % for these projects.
Even u guys reasearch that princes park and ozone apartments also came close to master road and tigon road which is under construction . Hope things grow fater and Goverement take some proper steps
Hey Sanjay roads are not properly built yaar, that can be a problem for people and few are exception but road is nothing to write home about. Just wait and check atleast for 4 to 5 months for investment in this area. After then only invest, although hoping that ossession and occupation should happen within this. For now the occupancy level is 40-50 % in NP projects. So it will be super if new area and other facilities will follow.... letc
Guys i am looking for 3 bhk in faridabad. Need advice as i am new to this area and have no clue about the faridbad.
