Q:hi, i m looking for property in sector 75 neharpar faridabad being developed by BPTP. recently visited the area ,place is still under development with some pockets having residents shifting to new flats.. i wanna ask is there scope of any development in recent years and what about status and route of fng expressway?

As per my knowledge, BPTP Parkland is one of the biggest plot development in Faridabad. This project has spread over 3000acres of land, from sector 75 to sector 89. Here you can get plots, area ranging from 250sq-yd to 1000sq-yd. This project consists of plots, independent floors, villas, group housing development as well as IT Parks & SEZs. This project is located approx 2KM from metro station.

Q:I have booked the flat in this project in 2013 and since then i am closely watching the ongoing slow pace of construction work. Will this project ever get completed ? Even now bank is also not financing this project. When contacted to the project management they says of facing problem in getting the licence renewed and case is pending in the court.
