Interested in this project however wanted to know if anyone has inquired about the future scope of development. That locality is prone to water crisis, whether builder ensures water availability in the apartment adequate?

The current price going on in this project is Rs 3590 plus floor rise. I am planning to book a flat but the only concern is that the road to the project is not in the good and it will take some time to develop.

I booked at Rs 2825 per square feet. The new Ring Road is also coming up, it is slated to pass via Aduru/Rampura and near bileshivali. This is plan as of now for Metro Phase 2 showing PRR. http://bmrc.co.in/pdf/phase2/phase2forweb.pdf Not sure if any changes have been made and for checking these exact site and location "checked in google map".
Thanx guys for your views but I have seen the road work has started. If possible visit the site after few weeks. I have seen projects like prestige tranquility, ferns , purva skywood, greendale . All are high rise on very narrow road. Looking at the location its not worth going for the project. But there are some advantages of the location like K R puram, Bypanhalli metro , 3 IT parks in radius of 10km. If anyone has booked here? please give your inputs.
The builder is telling that the road will be constructed very soon. The main concern is that the brick making factory is just next to the project. I think there will be much delay in getting the approval.Though plan wise its a good project. pre launch price was 2800 / sft but looking at the location its not worth going for the project.
Hi, I have visited the site and have finally booked an apartment there after taking and discussing with the marketing folks of the project. I know appoach road is not there but looking at the locality and situation in bangalore (most of the area being developed), i think this is not an issue. Also there are roads in the area just behind the project. So i guess its a matter of time, before it will be developed. I had a talk with with some of my friends who earlier took flats in bommasandra area etc, found that these units generally gets better deal. The project has not got approval from civic authority but hope they will get the approvals soon. There are other factors, which I noticed after booking the apartment - proposed ring road will be just 3 km away from the project, there are few apartments/layouts coming in the vicinity. So I think its time we should come together or form a group so that we can update each other.
