Latest Answer: Hi, I wish to bring to everybody attention that The Dhammanagi Builders construction Quality in ongoing project and completed one the issue was there was no proper approval before they start construct for Gladiola Gardenia because of this Owners are facing lots of issues in getting the documents from concerned authorities and there is no proper response from Builder nowadays when ever people asked about this and the new project in Hegde Nagar Lillium Gardenia we are not sure there is proper approval also getting doubt on construction quality . Recently we came to know after one year staying here there is no water source( both bore well are not functioning) and we are suffering to have water in this apartment in this case we are doubtful even new project also there is not water source upcoming year it is a humble request who ever has booked the apartment in Lillium Gardenua please re think the same and go ahead

Latest Answer: Aamby City had promised us that the project will be completed by the end of Dec 2015. The current work status of the project is very slow. Tar roads are still being layed, . Main Entrance work still not completed. Round Abouts (Circles) still not constructed. Club house still not Started. At the current pace the builder is going it looks like the project will not be completed in the near future. The directors are promising to meet the buyers and not showing up. There is a news that Peram Group ( Aamby City Group) is concentrating on there Andhra Pradesh Projects and ignoring Aamby and Eco City Projects.

PES Engineering College and Oxford Institution is also less than 15 kms from CA Belt. So I feel the idea of investing in CA Belt is not a bad option.
