Hi Anup.. I know how disturbing this could be to most of the apartment residents.. after all kids are kids.. Only parents can handle their kids better, so its the only solution left. Try talking to parents on what are the do's and dont's for their children in a society.

It all depends on what the association members form as a rule.. And such rules are usually formed as time goes on.. because you never know what kind of issues children will be creating.. for example, in some apartments, there will be rules saying that kids should not be allowed to terrace or kids should not play cricket or other sports in terrace.. There may be 2 reasons generally behind this- one is that this is unsafe for children and the other is that higher floor residents will be annoyed of the noise.

All the residents shall ensure that their children do not irritate any pet in the apartment society.

Every Owner or Resident shall ensure that his/her/their children play only at places allotted if any and during the hours prescribed by the management committee.
