Litigation against Apartment builder from BDA

Q: I have heard of litigation issues from BDA for Elegant Embassy in RajaRajeswari Nagar. He has all the approvals and the papers are valid ( verified with a Real Estate Lawyer ). Is it okay if we buy a property here and the BDA wins the litigation ? What will happen to the property owners ?

Shilpa, I would suggest you to invest only after the case is cleared. It is not safe to invest in properties under litigation. You may end up in huge loss and yet no property..
