Sobha Indraprastha will have a total of 356 units and it has got approval from BDA and all the leading banks. They have revised the price again, now the price of the apartment starts from Rs 2.75 crores.

Rajaji Nagar is a developing locality and is one of the most peaceful area in the heart of the city as the entire locality is compounded on all the sides this place is free from traffic, noise & air pollution. Rajaji Nagar is surrounded by a good number of schools, colleges and malls. It is good for long term investment as you can expect good appreciation within 3 to 5 years. The average price range in Rajaji Nagar will be around Rs 8,196 per sq ft.
