How much is the rate per sqft going on? What is the status of the approval and how many units will be there?

Currently the rate per sqft going is Rs 7999. BBMP and all major banks but the approvals are under process. The project is spread over 2.3 acres of land, 4 blocks, G+19 floors and 326 units

According to me, it is worth buying a property here because Purvankara is a brand and the project is well located. The project is in pre launch and they are telling that the project will get completed by end of 2017.
