Ashiana surbhi, sector 77 it is ready to move in and offers 2 and 3bhk high rise apartments.

As per my knowledge, construction link plan of this popular residential development is like:-
At booking- 10% of BSP,
With in 30 days- 10% of BSP,
On commencement of Construction- 10% of BSP,
Laying of first floor roof-10% of BSP,
Laying of fifth floor roof- 10% of BSP,
Laying of ninth floor roof- 10% of BSP,
Laying of fourteen floor roof- 10% of BSP,
Completion of floor- 10% of BSP,
Completion of external flooring- 10%,
One month before possession- 10% of BSP.

Yups Kaushik is right.. that road will directly link Bhiwadi to NH 8. also the tentative rates are 2550-2600. Those who register now will get additional 2% discount once the project is officially launched in May. Ashiana is a great builder and the most ethical builder in Ncr region. Infact their after maintenance once the project is delivered, is amazing. u must see Ashiana Aangan in Bhiwadi. one of the best housing societies u will see in that budget. And Ashiana will always give you good returns. Also 60% clause is there so you will have to keep it by 2014 end minimum. Also they don't deal with brokers.. so all the more trust for middle class family like us.

Ashiana township has easy access from Alwar Road (1 km inside from Highway). I heard that a road would connect the project to NH8 directly, and people won't have to cross toll to go to NH8. The size of 2bhk is 1200-1250 sq ftand 3 bhk is 1450-1500 sq ft. Tentative rate would be around 2600-2700 (+100). I have got only this much info about the project as of now. I got no information on 4 bhk. Earlier it was planned to construct villas there but then the builder changed the plan and decided to only launch high rise there.

The project is a High Rise with S+14 floors. It has a total of 450 units including 2 BHK & 3 BHK. The registrations are open for this in pre-launch phase and some discount is also being offered.

Few days ago I had received a mail that registration is open for flats in Ashiana Bhiwadi. I enquired by calling the number mentioned in the mail, and it looks like they have 60% lock-in clause. Does anyone know if this is correct? And has anyone booked here?

Do you know Honda plant on Alwar highway (Thada and Udaipur village) which is around 8-9 kms from NH-8.. Ashiana township project is located next to that Honda plant only.. It is on the other side of the toll..

Hi Anoop, Ashiana Town is located just opposite to Hill View Garden built by Trehans. And it could be slightly more than Trehan as Ashiana is supposed to be one of the renowned builders of North india.
