Can anybody tell as to when the builder is starting giving possession of Avalon Regal Court. It is badly delayed. Can anybody also tell as to how we can claim interest on the payments made so far to the builder as it is not finished in the compromised dates. Pl also tell the legal provisions.
Hi Gagan Is there any buyers group for Avalon Regal Court. Fully agree the project has been delayed by over 9 years and hence better to file a joint complaint for refund against the builder.
Akant, there seems to be no hope that builder is in any hurry to complete project. I have filed case but the same is reported to have been stayed by HC, If HC has done so, its bad in llaw and need to be appealed in SC for which too much money is needed. So, if few allottee units and file a joint appln. that would be better.

You can also make online complain to HRERA in your respective state through RERA portal. In order to register RERA complaint in Haryana, you need to go to the HRERA website and on the home page, you will find a link for Complaint Registration. You need the following information in order to file a complaint under RERA - a) The registration number and address of the project, b) Complaint statement and 3) expected relief.
Yes, RERA has made the complaining process much easier for the home-buyer. Any person who has an interest in the project, can file an application with the RERA authority. The application can also be filed online, as per the format available. The complainant must provide: a) The particulars of the applicant and the respondent, 2) The registration number and address of the project, 3) The reliefs and interim reliefs, if any, sought and, 4) A concise statement of facts and grounds of claim.
Hi Ajay, I visited the site last month. Only two towers are ready and other two towers are in final stages. A small swimming pool is being constructed. The Club and Gym will be made on the top floor of Tower Pearl-A. The resale rates in the market are very low. I paid Rs 34 Lacs for 2 BHK unit and the market offer is 27- 28 Lacs only. The nearby apartments in other societies are priced much lower and hence lower offer for Aura. So, if you have a good bargain sense then go for it.
