Q: I want feedback on VRR Nest. The project looks promising and if the price is good i would like to book it at the earliest. Please provide your suggestions and comments here on VRR builders and the Nest project
Right now the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3700 and the project is still under construction and it is expected to get completed by 2015 end.
Project seems to be good with good floor plans and amenities, excellent connectivity and the price quoted seems to be okay. Construction quality is average.
Hi I am Hansa. Planning to book flat in VRR nest. can someone tell me about there legal documents? Are they transparent or not? Really BBMP has approved them or not? Some one who has booked in VRR nest can share his/her experience about legal formalities.... thanks
I booked a flat here recently. Yes , they have SBI approval now. Also recent updates are they will have a connectivity directly to the sarajapur road by extending the road which ends to this location. They will be coming up with Phase 2 of same project after completion of this one which will help them to link this road . The work has completed upto 4th floor. i Guess they should be able to complete within timelines or maybe +2/-2 months as mentioned.
Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in the project. Can anyone throw what is the availability of the flat in the project? Also, did the project Manage to achieve SBI approval? I would be taking loan and preferably need SBI approval on the same. Also, how is the progress and overall response from the builder on the project? Any problems that current buyers are facing? Hey Seshagiri, There is hardly any information available over the internet about the builder.Hosur road was once an outskirt locality in Bangalore but now Hosur Road has good connectivity to downtown city areas by BMTC bus services. The commuting will become more easy and smooth once the proposed Namma Metro gets operational. The National Highways Authority of India has constructed a 10-kilometer-long elevated highway from Madiwala and Electronics City. This toll road has made travel to Electronics City a lot easier. The portion of road between Madiwala and Electronics City is the busiest. To ease the traffic in that road, the city traffic police have blocked the movement of trucks in this stretch during the peak hours.

VRR Nest is one of the ongoing projects by VRR Builders and Developers located at Hosur Road. The project is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is expected to get completed by end of 2015.
SBI approval is under process and cauvery connection is not there. They are having four borewell but the marketing guy told that by the time project get completed they will get the cauery water connection.
If you are planning for investment purpose than I feel VRR Nest flats would be a better option from investment perspective considering the locality and good connectivity to main road.
Pros: The project is easily accessible, upcoming metro near to offices in electronic city and sarjapur road, educational institutes are near by, Very well developed surroundings. Cons :May be little bit noisy due to proximity to main road.
I find it very nice project with very nice floor plans and amenities, the location on paper is good. The price of the apartments ranges from Rs 35 lakhs to Rs 48 lakhs.
