Taken 1 lakh for providing clubhouse but still not completed. Just assume if outside quality is like this so i dont think to tell again seperately about inside flat like flooring etc. More over he will charge in necessary charges before registration. He will tell you he got the money 1 week lat from the bank after given installment date and he will charge 24 percentage on that again.
