Hi James. This project is in Bangalore if im not wrong and the other projects being discussed here is in Neemrana which is part of Delhi NCR... and im not aware of a westend comming up in Neemrana... please check and specify details..

Yes, I have also heard that project land was acquire by Govt. and company recieved the section 6 notice. but we do not have any avidence. Bulider Mr. Alowck Rustogi and Mr. Sunil Brahmani told us that no their land is saved and they will deviver the project ...... But still have some doubt... If somebody have some proof pl. send it to me at my e-mail id......................... Neemrana Gateway/ Neemrana Residency both same project by Kalzina Consultantcy. and the owner is Mr. Alowck Rustogi

As per my knowledge, this is one of the popular residential plot development in Neemrana. This project offers plots , area ranging from 120 sq-yd to 200 sq-yd. Builder quoted price is around 7000/sq-yd. Expected possession is around 2017 December. Currently 80% of the project has been sold out.

According to me, this project has spread over 55 bigha . Approx.1200 units are coming in this project. Many industrial zones are surrounded to this project. This project has approval from UIT. This project offers a great investment opportunity to get handsome return. This project has clear title & free hold plots with immediate allotment. From this project Neemrana fort is around 5km away.

Hi ,
I came to know from sources that, you have to pay 15% for booking & after 30 - 450days, you have to pay 35%. Then after 2yrs you have to pay 50% rest + registration charges to make that plot in your name. Builder assures a minimum appreciation of 15% per annum at the time of possession.

The project Neemrana Gateways is not started, The status is same as 8 month before.... nothing changed and I think it is aquried by Govt. and section-6 notice is served
