Q: Fake of 'Power of Attorney' was registered at a sub-registrar office and sold it to many people by a practicing lawyer and many advocates are involved in it.

Hey Kumar . in 2011 the supreme court of india has passed a judjement that "No property sale on power of attorney" will be legal. So, in case they have sold the property on the bases of fake power of attorney the sale is illegal and the owner can file a case. The court has said a transfer of property by way of sale could only be by a sale deed. "In the absence of a deed of conveyance (duly stamped and registered as required by law), no right, title or interest in an immovable property can be transferred

Hi Kumar.. does the property belongs to you? incase the property belongs to you you should take all the legal evidences and should report the person to the police and file a case agains them in the civil court.
