Property worth of 20 crore was grabbed by practicing high court lawyers. what steps can be taken to debar them from practicing.
Q: Fake of 'Power of Attorney' was registered at a sub-registrar office and sold it to many people by a practicing lawyer and many advocates are involved in it.

Latest Answer: Hey Kumar . in 2011 the supreme court of india has passed a judjement that "No property sale on power of attorney" will be legal. So, in case they have sold the property on the bases of fake power of attorney the sale is illegal and the owner can file a case. The court has said a transfer of property by way of sale could only be by a sale deed.
