I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town by GM Infinite builder; up front it looks like a steal.
Nothing is much said about them but there has been a buzz here and there about the builder. They could be intentionally posted by their direct/indirect competitors as well. Nothing very substantial on the net. Their project Springfields is running on delay of 3 years but it is the same dismal situation for all high rise apartment in Bangalore.
Request you to do some recce as well and do not forget to post your comments. Please advise and suggest on the quality of construction and credibility of builder. Please Help !!!
I am really not sure but I hope it is good. With Neo in the back drop it will definitely be a cheese cake provided they deliver in time and to what they had promised.

GM Infinite is fraud. They show dreams ask you to pay very less money so that you can pay immediately. Then they will switch off their phones. You will be helpless.
I have visited this project on 3rd Dec 2016 and following are my observations. 1. This project not approved by BDA/BMRDA/BBMP but they got approval from Karnataka Industrial authority. 2. There are plenty of flats in this locality and the road is not enough to hold those many vehicle came on this road. So think about traffic conditions. There are many thing to check, i will keep on posting my comments
Hi Asif, I too visited the township just a couple of days back so thought of doing some research on this and landed here. Just saw your comment so thought I could ask you this. 1. If they do not have BDA/BMRDA/BBMP approval, how are they able to claim so? 2. Whats more concerning is, how are nationalized banks like SBI, Axis and HDFC approving them? 3. How do we check with the authenticity of their claims or for that matter any builder?

It happened for me to purchase a flat (Unit Num :A-447) at GM Infinite E City Town phase I about an year back, I had purchased at Rs 2050 per sft, now its good to know that the builder is selling at Rs 3950 per sft in the same project Phase 2, Just to mention, I work for IT Company in electronic city as an IT engineer and just started my carrier and I feel so comfortable at this age as I made an wise decision by purchasing at flat at E City Town as the project got that much of appreciation. And for youngster like me an investment yielded Rs 35 lacs plus with in an years time, I would like to thank GM Infinite for making my future more secured. This has not only happened for me, the Investment has yielded in the same pace for more than about 1000 families.
The progress of construction is at full swing and it is expected to complete before the schedule time frame and this will again save my pre emis as well as my current house rentals and over above my family will

I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town Phase-II ; Phase-I Construction looks like a steal and they showed all legal approvals for phase-I. I am Expecting the same for Phase-II also and booked a 2 BHK Flat.
I hope GM-Ecity town very good project and can buy flat.

I don't see any industrial pollution and water also good ... Its nice residential location .... i saw Neo IT HUB and Malll is getting ready.
I have booked a 3 BHK Flat in GM Ecity Town Phase-I for good price and now my flat price increased to double. Its very good project. Phase II pre launch going now as 3450/- per sft and no one giving that price in Electronic city. Phase I construction is going very fast with good quality and with all legal documents
As per my experience We can trust and invest/buy flat in GM Ecity Town.
Consider this. I have seen this apartment, price is good.
But since I work in pollution control board, I took sample of water in this area and get it tested in our lab. I found it highly toxic with high degree of organic and non-organic solvents. I found insecticide, herbicide, lots of organohalides and other chemical compounds like polychlorinated biphenyl, trichloroethylene, perchlorate apart from "very-very" high level of lead, arsenic, mercury, copper and cadmium. The levels are so high that one can get kidney, liver, central nervous system, bone, teeth and many other life threatening diseases.
This place is also "very-very" high on air pollutants including SO2, NO2, RSPM. Most importantly this place is extremely high on NMVOCs benzene, xylene, toluene and 1,3-butadiene. Most of these carcinogens (leading to cancer, even leukemia) with prolonged exposure.

Please check in the google maps about the industries that are near to this site. Most of these are SSI, MSI and generally uncontrolled and does not have infrastructure to minimise the industrial waste.
Now it is your decision to either buy an apartment at such a place. You may save 10 lakh by living at such a place. But your and your loved once life is precious. My sincere request is not to let your kids, family (or even someone else family, if you are considering this for investment) stay in such an environment. Breathing at such a place can affect generations (by changing genetic bio-markers) including congenital deformities.

There is no such Pollution in the Water........ We have got the Clearance from Karnataka State Pollution Control Board ( KSPCB ) & Clearances from the Dept. Of Ecology & Environment.

The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3250. As far as I know the project was launched long back and they are telling that they will give the possession by August 2015.
The project offers amenities like 40,000sqft club house, 2000 sqft of gym, yoga and aerobics room, cafeteria, indoor games with squash court, swimming pool, kids pool, sports field etc.
Hi, blocked an apartment in g m infinte ecity town...not getting much information on the builder, but got to know that this is their 10th project in queue with some completed. Any idea about if they got BDA Approval??? enquired 2 weeks back, they have got the BDA Approval but did not receive any official confirmation...they tell the same story even today...not sure if i took right step or not...plz suggest.
We need to do a good amount of verification before we pay even a single penny more. After a few readings I got to know that the rates are OK for a pre-launch in electronic city area. However, their KPTCL/KEB/BWSSB charges are bundled into one charge called SWS which includes VAT and other Service taxes as well. Now this is strangely very low as compared to others. I do not know how they are calculating it. Any idea anyone? One good thing is that they are accredited to CREDAI Bengaluru. Its on their website. So feeling a little safe. Somebody is there to hear us. Anybody has any idea on their other properties? I am planning a visit to their other properties like Oak NS Green, Silver Manor. Daffodils and Springfield are very far off and I don’t know that place either. Can anyone visit that and let us know. Please update us on anything you come to know and/or your findings.
Hi Lokesh, In general we do have info on the builder. They have a full fledged (working) website to their name; but I needed some insider information on their credibility and intent. I hope you get what I mean. Plus there are no much complaints on them which is all good news for we buyers.
Hello Nick, What is the name of the project you are talking about? Is it Infinite Silver Springfield which is located at Tumkur Road,Bangalore running on delay?
Hi Yogendra, The name of the project which I am taking is E-City Town in Electronic City Phase-1. The one that has got historically delayed is Daffodil and/Springfield in Jallahalli West/or as you may say Tumkur Road.
