The project is situated just 1.5 km from the Outer Ring Road, Lakeview is easily accessible from Koramangala, Marathahalli and most of the major IT parks, schools, engineering colleges, shopping complexes and hospitals in Bangalore. I feel it is a good idea to invest in this project as you can expect good appreciation.

Which are the banks providing home loan for this project? Is there any legal issue with this project?

LIC, SBI and HDFC are providing home loan for this project. As far as I know there is no legal issues in this project.

I am also planning to book a flat in this project. What is the status of the project and what are the sizes of apartments they are offering?

The project is a ready to move in project and the project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartment with size ranging from 1062 sqft to 1570 sqft and the price ranges from Rs 42 lakh to Rs 60 lakhs

Pavani Lakeview is one of the latest offerings from the Pavani Group. It offers limited number of spacious 2 & 3 BHK apartments, the most in-demand destination today which, unlike other upcoming hot-spots, is already bustling with life. But I have read some bad reviews about the builder do not know whether the reviews are true or false.
