RISING CITY: Unprofessional & Unethical

Q: We booked a flat by paying a token(5Lacs) in the month of Nov'12 in this Project Rising City by Hubtown and 3 other builders. We were assured that the CC would be coming in by Mid Dec. It did not come till Mid Jan'13 when we were told that if we want we could withdraw with full refund before the balance payment was made. We did the same. However, since then we have not received the refund as promised and in fact attempts have been made to prove that the money should actually be forfeited! recently they asked us to sign some false unreasonable documents as a condition for refund. Completely unethical and unprofessional behavior

The unfortunate misunderstandings with Rising City (Rare Townships Pvt Ltd.) have been resolved. We have received a cheque for the entire token amount and service tax and we are extremely thankful to the management for the same. We do not have any grievance with the company & we regret any inconvenience our post has caused to rare townships pvt.ltd.

I agree with Vinay.. Mr Vikas, you can click on Hubtown Rising City and on the right hand side you can join the owners group tab. On sending request, admin will approve it. Be a part and discuss with other owners the harassment they are going through and also the discussions..

Hi Vikas, that is so unprofessional of them. I would suggest you to take legal help as getting a notice from a legal adviser would hold some weight then going anonymously.. Also, go lodge a case against the builders in consumer court.. You might get refunded for all the mental harassment you are facing..
