Why the company not started work even after passing a long time?
Q: My wife had enquire for the position of Company standing in Greater Noida Authority and as per the Authority ppls Eleven Acacia is not showing any interest in registring the land to their name.They are not contacting to Greater Noida authority and the land is still under control of Authority.Company is not showing any intrest in registering the land to their name. Why the company is not going for registration of land even?
It is contradictory to the Unibera's MD statement that every thing from their side is completed. Unibera reputation is going down day by day. If unibera is not concerned about its reputation, to bhai log samagh lo dal me kuch kala nahi balki puri ki puri dal hi kali hai....
kyunki na to project ka pata hai (whether it is Unibera or Unibera H++ or merged), Na to land ka pata hai (jamin alotment solaris ko hui hai). Project plan ki baat to bahut door ki baat hai, land ka lease deed solaris ke naam se bhi nahi hua hai. Pahle us jamin per plot sell kiye gaye Solaris City ke nam se, baad me villa eleven Acasia ke nam se aur ab Unibera, Unibera H++ AUR na jane kya kya ? Aur to aur usi jamin ke ek part par pahle Rajneegandha tha aur ab Morpheus Pratiksha project bhi usi jamin par launch hui hai.
Waise bhi jab tak project plan approve nahi hota flata ki booking hi illegal hai (As per Gr. Noida Authority public notice)
This is a ongoing project right! looking at there wesbite things are good, but if this is the case then its very risky. hey Mr Prasson are looking for investment in this particular area? there are many other projects thats coming up, do you wanna have a look?
I think they do not have that much fund to go ahead with the project alrhough there is no such news, but my personal views says that. i think you should check with the agents , you know the local agents, they should tel you and give you better idea.
Hi, Mr Bansal, did you have a direct word with the builder? if they are mot responding then i would suggest you not to go ahead with this project. Because this will be a jump in the dark, if you invest now.
