Hi, Anyone bought a plot in Happy County layout?

Q: Hi, Anyone bought a plot in Happy County layout? This layout is located on IOC road, Vagata village near Hoskote. I am one of the plot owners of this layout and would like to connect with other owners. There is lot of happenings in this area these days. Sakshi(Jagati publications) had setup their Bangalore branch next to this layout. Opp to it, a 70 acre layout(Hansika) is coming up. Please join the yahoo group

Some activity finally after 18 months. Thought this group was dead. For Khata you would need to go to the local office there, do not remember the exact location. They do not work some Saturdays, as I am aware of this. You would need to go with sale deed primarily, and tax paid receipts I guess. But you would need to go to Malur for sure to get it. Do not go through an agent unless you know that person, else there are lots of cheats there. I tried to pay tax there and got cheated with bogus tax paid receipt and had to pay again.

Hi All, My name is Srinath, residing in Seshadripuram, Bangalore is also a owner of plot no 16 at Happy County, situated on the IOC road. Vagata Village Survey No 162 with least development. Today, I visited and paid taxes as others doing.

I tried to reach penchalaiah original developer of Happy County as per Sale Deed which is available with all of us. He is running a http://www.audisankara.ac.in a college in Nellore district. I have the college Directors Number and have requested for contact details of Penchalaih. To my surprise there is pending petition and an arbitration pending against Penchalaiah a civil case http://judgmenthck.kar.nic.in/judgmentsdsp/bitstream/123456789/32120/1/CMP189-13-02-12-2014.pdf. I also have this email id which and I am trying my best to reach him. The land is DC converted and the BMRDA copy is the one which is missing. My contact number is 9886634555

All of our need to put our hand together to get this project moving by continuos follow-up with Penchalaliah. I have a plot in Happy County. plot # 103 , 3320 sq ft, Recently visited the site twice, searched for my plot location. 3 years back hoskote cross to ioc road was totally jungle. Now, lot of industries are coming up on Malur road. Distances to whitefield= 15 kms, whitefield rly stn= 11 kms, marthahalli= 22 kms, BIAL= 48 kms, city rly stn= 39 kms, frazor town= 31 kms, M.G.Road= 32 kms, Jagathi Printing Press= 100 yards, Hansika villas(under const)= 600 yards. Anyone wants to check out on Google Maps, search Jagathi Printing Press, enlarge, the criss cross lines next to the press is a layout not updated on google. That's HAPPY COUNTY. Currently, prices around the area is Rs 600/- per sq ft for undeveloped, Rs. 800/- per sq ft for semi developed like ours, and 1050/- per sq ft for developed sites.
