Poulami, I too have booked a West Facing 1360 apartment (A-336) in this property along with 11 of my friends and we intend to make them our Home.
It is a very nice project which comes under the tag "Value for money". There aren't any freebies and do not expect anything uber cool in this price.
It is pretty reasonably priced and provides all necessities in that price.
Only one fall out would be that it does not have a DG back up for individual flats in 1st Phase. 2nd Phase it is available. You can connect with me if you have any doubts.

Best regards,

Hi Subhendu, What is your take? Is it a good bet you buy an apartment in this project for investment purpose? What is the current rate per sqft going on?

Consider this. I have seen this apartment, price is good.

But since I work in pollution control board, I took sample of water in this area and get it tested in our lab. I found it highly toxic with high degree of organic and non-organic solvents. I found insecticide, herbicide, lots of organohalides and other chemical compounds like polychlorinated biphenyl, trichloroethylene, perchlorate apart from "very-very" high level of lead, arsenic, mercury, copper and cadmium. The levels are so high that one can get kidney, liver, central nervous system, bone, teeth and many other life threatening diseases.

This place is also "very-very" high on air pollutants including SO2, NO2, RSPM. Most importantly this place is extremely high on NMVOCs benzene, xylene, toluene and 1,3-butadiene. Most of these carcinogens (leading to cancer, even leukemia) with prolonged exposure.

Source of these pollutants are the toxic wastes and industrial waste from the industries that are within 500 m

The project seems to be a good one. E-City Town opens its gate to a Spanish theme facade and dwellings in the G+4 format. From the entry E-City Town is about grand scale, the very essence of Spanish living. How many bedroom flat are you looking for?
