i have myself invested in KUL Nation in wagholi and i think it is the best descision i have taken. It is a 103 acre property having all major amenities including a school, hospital poly clinic, childrens crutch and many more facilities.
Also once the new road is made then it will be only 9 Kms from Pune station and 3 Kms from EON IT park and just 1 KM from Pune World Trade Center. I think the present rates there are 3850 per sq.ft. This will be the most happening place next in Pune and not at all a bad investment.

Is this the original Kumar builders?? There are two with almost the same name Kumar Properties and KUL. Megapolis is by Kumar Properties and KUL Ecoloch near Balewadi is by KUL..

I dont think KUL Ecoloch has too good a reputation...i heard it is still stuck with approvals.. Please update if anybody has any new thoughts..

According to a prospectus of a real estate fund from ICICI.. Only successful deal they showed as credentials was a hybrid loan to KUL Ecolech at cost of 27%... I am surprised to know why do these builders pay such interest on loans ?

Hi Veena, last I heard was that the property prices of this project have been increased by Rs 50.. The project is soo pathetic that I won't even think of investing in this project..
